Logline: A story about a struggling singer Phaedra Hill, who is trying to make to make it as a rock star in the backdrop of Los Angeles music scene with her band, The Bliss

SYNOPSIS: The story depicts Phaedra Hill's (Camille Solari) struggle to make it in the world of "sell-out" pop singers and negative influences set in the Los Angeles music scene. It seems as though the whole world is against her, but her best friend Daisy (Danielle Nicolet) and Phaedra push through somehow and ride to the top and make it in the end by stealing the Rolodex of a famous record label and pretending to have a party for Cher so that Phaedra's band can play in front of famous people and score a record deal. Documentary interviews of famous rock stars talking about how they made it, and the barriers they faced on the way up, is woven into the feature. Some of the rockers include, Suicidal Tendencies, Rod Stewart's band, Peaches, Quiet Riot, James Brown Band, and many more.
